Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of personal data held by CRWDS (operated by Hyped, Lda — NIPC 514727926, Rua António Correia Calhatro, nº 11, 4700-126 Braga, Portugal) at any time. This page describes how to make the request, what data is deleted, what data we are legally required to retain, and how long the process takes.

How to request deletion

Email your deletion request to the address below. Include the email address associated with your CRWDS account so we can identify the records to remove.

Some data must be retained even after account deletion to comply with applicable law and operational integrity:

Processing time

Requests are acknowledged within 5 business days and completed within 30 days from the date the request is received, in line with Article 12(3) of the GDPR. If a request is particularly complex or we receive a high volume of requests, the period may be extended by up to two further months — in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for the delay.

Alternative — disconnect a single platform

If you want to remove a single linked social account (e.g. disconnect Instagram while keeping your CRWDS account active), you can do so directly from the streamer portal's /socials page. The disconnect immediately revokes the stored OAuth tokens; the historical link record is retained in soft-deleted form for audit, and follower-count data is no longer refreshed.
